Take the next step towards setting up your free 14-day Apteco trial by connecting your Salesforce data to Apteco
All you need to do to bring your data to life is to connect your Salesforce data with the Apteco Orbit platform. You can choose to connect either your live Salesforce data or your Salesforce sandbox data for your Apteco trial.
After successfully connecting your Salesforce system keep an eye on your emails - and spam folder - for a message from Apteco containing your access link. It may take a few minutes for us to get your data looking just right but rest assured that we're moving at light-speed to get your system built and ready to use.
In order to connect your Salesforce data to our trial system, you will need to have the Salesforce API enabled. Please check Salesforce editions with API access to confirm if this is the case for the edition of Salesforce you are using.
Please check your spam folder for emails from cloud.support@apteco.com and add us to your allowed senders list.
Keeping your data fresh
As your Salesforce data gets updated by your sales and marketing teams, we'll ensure that any changes are also reflected in our platform. So while your Salesforce token is active, you'll always be working with the latest data! You can opt to connect your Salesforce sandbox data if you prefer.
Salesforce token expiry
We'll let you know via email when your Salesforce token expires and we can no longer keep refreshing your data. Salesforce can expire tokens at any time and this is beyond our control, however you can quickly update your credentials and link a new token within the Apteco Orbit platform settings.
Convert your trial into a paid licence
Your Apteco trial will last for 14 days, at which point the system won't be available and will be permanently deleted, including all your data. If you would like to convert your trial and discuss buying a licence then get in touch with our team using the button below.

Cancel your trial early
You can cancel your trial at any time and we will permanently delete your system and your data. Contact our technical services team using the button below and they will get straight onto this for you.
